Here’s how it works:

Step 1:

Find the Victron products you would like to purchase on their website, then send us the details of your order via email at team@offgriddesignscolorado.com. Be sure to include the name, model number, and quantity of each product. In your email, let us know if you'd like to receive an estimate for installation at 15% off as well. We will send more information on what we need from you to provide this quote. For Victron products only (without installation), please allow us one business day to prepare your order. We will then send you an official quote for the purchase order.

Step 2:

Once you receive your quote in a downloadable PDF file, simply reply with any edits you’d like to make to the purchase order/estimate. If everything looks good, just reply with CONFIRMED. After we receive your written confirmation, we will send a payment portal link in a separate email. Once payment is received, your order will be processed. You’ll receive an update within 24 hours with an estimated shipping time and tracking number.

Step 3:

When your order arrives, check the condition of all items and verify the packing list to ensure everything is in good condition and undamaged from shipping. If you need any remote assistance with DIY installation, don’t hesitate to reach out. Additionally, we offer installation kits for DIY wiring as well as custom wiring diagrams/schematics. If you need any of these materials for your installation, please let us know in advance so we can send them along with your initial order.
